More bread, following the same fool proof recipe from Jamie Oliver. What made this bread extra special was the wonderful flour we used. We bought this multi grain flour from La Tourelle and I can only say it was the best (ever!) bread we made/ had. Worth the drive from Brussels to the shop close to Waterloo.
Which flour do you use for your breads? I am looking into expanding the bread baking experience on this blog (in my kitchen) so it would be nice to hear of other breads around the world.
