First Time Pasta

I know … what started initially as a flood blog has moved to be more a blog about food rather than be food. But I am here to re-assure. We do still cook. Sometimes even from scratch. Like bread, like pasta. What I don’t do though as often is take the time to photograph the food we cook. Which in itself is a pity, on the other hand … boy, is it nice to eat warm food when served! 🙂

So … do you think a transition from a cooking blog to a blog about food will be difficult? I hope not. There is still much I want to share on the  food and drink side of Brussels, Belgium and beyond and I hope you will join me on this foodie discovery. Here is to the next 6 months of food and wine.
